NSF Educational Programs

STEM Speakers for Students (S3): URM and women professionals from diverse fields that possess advanced degrees in STEM disciplines, particularly Biomedical Engineering, will be invited to speak and interact with high school students in STEM classes.

STEM Pathways for Parents (SP2): Individual parents as well as parent organizations will participate in discussions with invited speakers on the topics of career opportunities in engineering disciplines as well as the latest ongoing scientific research.

STEM College and Career Coaching (C3): Mentoring and college advisory relationships will be established between students within select STEM programs and URM faculty members or graduate student.
